Manufacturing & Lead Times:

• 8-12 weeks for most products (handcrafted in-house)
• Select items may ship sooner
• Current lead times provided when you order

Quality Guarantee:

• 30-day returns on unused items in original condition
• 25% restocking fee applies
• Custom orders are non-returnable

Shipping Damage:

• Inspect package immediately upon delivery
• Contact us within 24 hours if damaged
• Don't accept visibly damaged packages
