Shipping Information

Manufacturing & Lead Times

Every C7 Carbon component is handcrafted in-house using aerospace-grade materials and precision composite processes. Due to our commitment to quality:

  • Most products require 8-12 weeks for manufacturing
  • Select items may be available for immediate shipment
  • Custom orders may require additional time
  • Contact our sales team at (800) 619-0706 for current lead times on specific products

Lead times vary by product complexity and current production queue. We'll provide accurate estimates when you place your order.

United States (Contiguous 48) & Canada
  • Free shipping on orders over $100
  • Standard shipping: $25 flat rate (for orders under $100)
  • Expedited options available upon request
International Orders (Rest of World)

IMPORTANT: Shipping costs are NOT included at checkout.

  • You can place your order now to secure your items.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination.
  • We will send you a separate invoice for shipping costs via email after your order is placed.
  • Your order will be dispatched once the shipping invoice is paid.

Shipping Damage Protection

We package every component with premium protective materials. Upon delivery:

  • Inspect immediately - examine packaging and contents before signing
  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt in the driver's presence
  • Contact us within 24 hours if you discover any issues
  • Don't accept damaged packages - this protects your claim rights

Accepting a damaged package limits our ability to file carrier claims on your behalf.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible for Return

  • Unused products in original condition
  • Items in original packaging with all hardware
  • Products purchased directly from C7 Carbon
  • Standard catalog items (non-custom)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Used, installed, or modified parts
  • Painted or altered components
  • Items purchased through dealers (contact your dealer directly)
  • Products damaged during return shipping

Return Process & Fees

  1. Contact us for RMA authorization
  2. Package securely in original carton
  3. Ship prepaid to our facility (collect shipments refused)
  4. Inspection - we verify condition upon receipt
  5. Refund processed minus applicable fees
Fee Structure:
  • Restocking Fee: 25% on all returns
  • Original Shipping: Non-refundable
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility

Defective Items

Manufacturing defects are rare but covered under our quality guarantee:

  • Exchange for identical replacement item
  • Full inspection required upon receipt
  • Buyer accepts costs if item deemed non-defective
  • Contact us immediately if you suspect a defect
